Music during their school or office, should be stopped?

Much of the audio file exchange occurs in schools and businesses. This is probably because the university and business network connections are much faster than Internet connections at home. Studies estimate that nearly one in five computers at work includes file sharing software. Some universities and companies have banned music sites on the Web. They argue that downloading and sharing music creates an enormous amount of traffic congestion. They also fear the legal responsibility of the music industry is becoming more aggressive in seeking copyright violations. Consequently, about 35 of the 250 companies surveyed in a recent study have been disciplined or reprimanded employees for downloading music, and Some schools use filtering software to block access to music websites. No, it's not your internet. Besides this, they use it for purposes illegal. I see no logical reason for leaving illegally download copyrighted material on the bandwidth that is not theirs.
