parental control bad acting

As a counselor and life coach I have always taken a strong stance against having a television or a computer in any child or teen bedroom, period. Yes, we have used this rule in our own home. We have objected at the time and not serious. It has not changed our actions.
My reasoning is twofold. First Instead, I see social isolation, decreased social skills and emotional, less interaction with peers and increase the contempt of authority over children and adolescents who have electronics in their rooms.
Having audiovisual electronics in the nursery reduces the amount of time with the family, increases the risk Early exposure to child pornography and sex, less family meals, and decreases the amount of time for social play with other young people. The negative impact of this is evident in school too. These children have little attention, most often want to make sure their way below average skills social and often feel socially isolated.
The second reason is to know a thing or two in the development of the brain, I knew that television and computers do not touch in normal brain development and brain stimulation necessary for our young people healthy and happy. Now we have a lot of research to back it up.
Let the research summary Joseph Chilton Pearce, who is an academic, researcher and teacher. He said: "Firstly, if you want intelligent, efficient and healthy children, should have positive emotional experiences. It begins in the home through unconditional love, the proper touch love and a safe and secure environment. Then extends to our learning environments. If you want true learning, learning that involves upper lobes Front … The intellectual creative brain … the emotional environment should be positive and supportive. The first sign of anxiety brain function by shifting the peak in the lobes prefrontal ancient reptilian brain defenses. "To put it simply: In order to have a high functioning child we need to feed the mind and heart. The heart and brain communicate with each other in a complex symphony of ganglion cells, the neural networks and neurotransmitters.
Pearce talks about the harmful effects of television and computers in the brain increasing the content independently. "Television literally prevents neuronal growth in the developing brain of children. When young children watch too which eliminates the ability of their brain to develop the imagination. "This has to do with how the brain reacts to radiant light. Brain Child "Shut Down" (stop the thought process).
The television industry has responded by introducing the "surprise effect" on children's programming. This triggers the brain into believing that there might be a situation emergency and warned that the brain to pay attention. This is achieved by drastic changes in the intensity of light, sound and rapid movement of the camera angles. According to Pearce, "Every 10 years the television industry by UPS to the largest shocks, there is now an average of 16 bits of violence every half hour cartoons for children. When the heart does not receive any indication of the negativity or the danger he abandons his usual harmonic mode incoherent one, triggering the release of the most powerful hormone in the body called cortisol. Cortisol wakes up instantly and causes the brain to produce billions of neural connections with In order to prepare individuals to cope with emergencies. "
Computer monitors have a similar effect through radiant light. Students researchers assigned to 3 groups in which the same information presented in a room reading level of quality in 3 different media. Group A had a piece plain paper, Group B showed the film to the top of Group C see a computer monitor. Students were tested for retention of information.
Group A average 85% retention after seeing a document, the Group B an average of 25% – 30% retention after seeing a screen Film Group C% on average 3 to 5% retention after seeing a computer screen. "Computers and TV change the brains of our children. We must encourage our children to develop the ability to think first and then give them a computer. Pearce research sites for development Piaget, "The first twelve years of life are dedicated to building the knowledge structures that enable young people to understand the abstract, metaphorical, symbolic type information … The danger is that the computer and television arrest this trend.
