Ok, I created an Xbox Live account, and I can not download anything, though noting things E. I did a control parent, but parental control is my other e-mail. Things and now I can download, and he always says, "Error not you, you're allowed to buy this content" and I'm frustrated. Both of my Hotmail accounts are over 18 years. Help porfa! : (
