Mac parental control?

My daughter has a Mac, until you have a Windows computer. I would like to find a program that allows me to control its configuration distance. All I want to be able to do is to control access to the internet, my router does not allow me to do. I have Network Magic and Mac add-on, but will not let me do anything because the Mac is 4.0, 5.0 and network needs magic and much more. Can anyone help?
