How do I remove a command ps2 parental lock?
I bought a PS2 used a few months ago and the owners of GameStop Prior to left a lock on it so I can not watch PG-13 + films on it. If there is a way to get rid of it, I wonder Thanks
Here's how to restore code parental lock: you see a screen that prompts you to enter unit code of the parents. You can insert a restricted disc, or enter the DVD setup menu and go to "parental control" under custom setup. When the screen asks for the code, press the button SELECT, then enter the code "7444." The level adjustment under Parental Control dictates the severity of the players. The decline in value, more stringent, it will be. Either increase the value of lowering the limit or disable the lock entirely by setting "OFF." Once you have made settings, make sure the DVD tray is empty, and press the RESET button on the front of the Playstation 2. It is imperative that the plate is free of any DVD or game for the drive to save the settings.
