parental control streaming
Help please, what operating system would be best for this situation?
I have a team of 4 years: Intel P4 3.2GHz w / HT 1GB RAM 500GB HDD @ 7200 (Primary) and 160 GB @ 7200 rpm hard drive (slave / child?) ATI Radeon 9200SE 128MB DVI-D (I think) I have many media files in my external hard drive, and I ask them on a PC, it can work with an HDTV (below). (similar AppleTV as the system). What would be the best system operation to do with it? Linux or Windows? Can I connect to my home network, allowing content to deliver at home. However, disable access to the Internet? (This can be done using my router, which has parents, access control, etc?) Preferably not spend money. I also have a floor (PS3), I'll be able to listen to my PS3? (many) Thanks in advance;)
I had a system with similar characteristics. STAY WITH WINDOWS. and something to do with the media, may be u want upgrade the RAM of at least 2 gigs.
