Anybody owned an Apple laptop here? What kind of security you can download this?

Tomorrow, I will buy a Apple's new laptop that have Kaspersky Internet Security Suite preinstalled. Is this anti-spyware, anti-virus detects and removes spyware and parental control deal to be on my computer without my permission and illegally, or to let him go unnoticed?
