When I presented my son's Xbox Live 360 has a year and a half, I decided to apply parental control, I made sure that the only way that could be unlocked was to introduce an e-mail password at the time I had an e-mail, so I did it to him than the controls parents, and now I would take off like I have to impose restrictions in many functions such as adding friends. I do not know because I used this email, which has lapsed and now I can not enter or disable the parental control, the Xbox has said that the only way is to destroy them out of the account, that my child will not do, I wondered if here anyone knew of another way around this, thanks.
I solved the same problem. There is no real solution unless you can find a way for e-mail back. I just finished dealing with them. As I can play games, not really bother me. But otherwise, it would destroy the file or make a new one
